I see you.

I am obsessed with two songs right now. Interestingly, both songs are about loving people who are unsettled.

Even as we project confidence digitally, so many of us harbor actual insecurity. The pace of change and disruption shakes our confidence. There is always someone or something better.

A more insightful writer is only a few clicks away. A prettier face is only a swipe away. A happier family is only a scroll away.

We are all in a battle against despair and loneliness. The least we can do is tell one another, “hey, I see you.”
